Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with law firms, other legal professionals, and medical industry professionals. Your focus will be on generating leads, fostering relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that align with our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to target law firms and doctors.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, cold outreach, and other creative lead generation strategies.
- Present DIGITIC’s value proposition, highlighting our expertise in SEO and digital marketing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless handoff to account management after closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with service capabilities and marketing initiatives.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on progress toward targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 years of business development or sales experience within marketing agencies, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with law firm or medical marketing is a significant advantage.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to understand client pain points and propose effective solutions.
- Self-Motivated: Highly driven, organized, and capable of working independently to meet goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools and an understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
